Bella is the only dwarf, vegetative bluegrass in the turf industry. It will only grow 2"-5" tall, making it a very low mow grass. It has a dark green color and a soft to the touch blade. It has a very good rhizome system and better tolerates the heat and drought, compared to other bluegrass standards. The Bella Bluegrass can grow in many different conditions, from full sun to full shade and sandy to clay soils.
