if there is an issue with our provided services, then you can send us a claim within 48 hours. After 48 hours, we are not responsible for any complaints due to the nature of the service.
In the Future If your article or backlink is removed due to any reason, then we will publish your article on an alternative site, but we can’t refund your amount due to the nature of the service
While our policy is strictly non-refundable, there may be exceptional cases where a refund could be considered. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and the decision to provide a refund will be at the sole discretion of Era Inventions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- You have changed your mind about an item, subscription, or service.

- where you paid for SEO service and you are asking for a refund
- Publisher Shutdown: If a publisher ceases operations and shuts down their website, we are unable to offer a refund for any articles placed on their site. Decisions made by our partner publishers are beyond our control.
- Legal Issues: Refunds are not applicable if a publisher receives a legal notice related to content or promotions claimed in an article. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Technical Performance: We are not responsible for the technical performance of partner news websites, press release aggregating websites, and publisher websites. This includes, but is not limited to, website availability, loading speed, hyperlink functionality, search engine indexing, third-party comments, and the layout, content, and style of text.
Our Money Back Guarantee
If we cannot publish an article or guest post on the designated publisher websites, you will receive a complete refund, minus payment gateway fees. We may either fulfill the order on similar publisher websites or credit your Era Inventions Wallet for future usage. In certain cases, you can get a complete refund.
Refund Requests During the Writing Process
Upon placing an order, your payment is utilized to compensate our writers in advance for their work on your project. If you decide to cancel during the article writing or review stage, we can offer a 50% refund. You will still receive the drafted article, retain the right to request revisions, and have the freedom to use the completed article as you see fit.
Refund Requests During the Publishing Process
Requests for refunds made throughout the guest post posting process will be rejected. We are unable to halt a publication that is underway and cannot recover the expenses associated with publishing an article. Nonetheless, it is vital to verify that the post fulfills your specifications, the business contact information is accurate, the wording and grammar are correct, the specified keywords are utilized, and the links function well.
Refund Processing Time
Within 24 hours, we will review your refund request and get back to you.
- Credit Card Refunds: Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your card.
- PayPal Refunds: Funds will be immediately visible in your PayPal account once processed. The availability of funds will depend on your initial payment method.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds to alternative accounts.
